Have you heard of mist cleansing? Because I hadn't heard of mist cleansing until today when I received weekly catelogue from Korea's No.1 online shopping mall. (www.11st.co.kr)
Since researchers and cosmetic companies have prooved that if you regularly touch your skin with your hands your skin is likely to get more wrinkles. And because of this some female celebrities refuse to use pillow while they sleep.
So this is how mist cleanser works. Basically you spray the mist on your face and rub it off lightly. This way you won't have to rub your hands all over your face to apply the cleanser. Very smart I thought.
This product is called Scinic Total Cleansing Treatment and costs around US$16.00. I believe we will see similar products in US, Europe and Australasia very soon.
So look out for it!

Mistian Facial Mist
I have picked Mistian because I have a friend who is from South Korea and loves this product.
I heard they are launching their product in Australia and New Zealand this year.
So here is the details of my experiment:
My skin type - Normal skin
Lengths of use - 7 days
Purchase price - NZ$ 15 for 50mL with free delivery
Delivery length - Overnight
Mistian prides itself for having the best spray system that disperses mists 3 times finer than other facial mist sprays. And it does have very fine mist and I really like how it comes out of the nozzle. Very quiet and covers very wide area. Just one spray covered all the skin on my face...
I used Mistian straight after washing my face and its why I love facial mists so much. It really does moisturise your skin very well. But its important to put on your day cream over the top.
So enough about myself and here is what I think of Mistian Facial Spray.
- Moisturisation 10/10, when used regularly.
- Anti-wrinkle feature 5/10, I didn't try long enough to know and plus I don't have any wrinkles.
- Refreshing 9/10, feels like walking into morning mist. You can store in fridge too!
- Scent 2/10, it is unscented. They say this is because it is regularly used on top of make up which already has scent.
- Make up definition 8/10, it does look more glossy and natural when you use Mistian over your make up. And also don't forget to use before you put on your base because it goes on much smoother.
In overall I rate Mistian Facial Mist 8/10, if it had bit more aroma it would be perfect. Now I understand why its selling so well in Asia.

Anastasia Blue Lotus Facial Mist
I have never seen this myself but it popped up when I was researching different facial mist products.
I have just bought one online from Anastasia Beverly Hills website so will have to wait until it arrives from Beverly Hills to New Zealand. Hope it doesn't take very long.
Till then you will just have to believe what www.mystyle.com have to say about this product.
THEY SAY: Boost the appearance of your skin by spritzing on this perfect fusion of hydrating water and soothing serum of botanical and flower extracts from South Africa.
WE SAY: Keep reading for reviews from Style staffers!
Pros: It served as a light moisturizer.
Cons: It stung pretty badly. Using a cotton ball is the best way for application.
—Roseann M., International
Pros: It has a light, fresh scent that is quite enjoyable. It felt cool and crisp on my skin after a day out in the sun.
Cons: Although it felt nice, there was no noticeable difference in the appearance of my skin. I feel like a nice spritz of cold water and a cup of coffee would almost do the same thing.
—Lindsay S., Photo
Pros: The cooling mist did a great job refreshing my face, especially after blow-drying my hair. It also seemed to help keep my makeup on longer throughout the day. I loved the great smell.
Cons: The frugalista within would not have allowed the purchase of something that was so nonessential.
—Kate Y., International
Bottom Line: Anastasia's Blue Lotus Facial Mist is a great pick-me-up. But in these tough economic times, it's probably best to keep a simple water spray handy when the temperature rises.

Evian Facial Mist
Evian is probably the most known Facial mist around the world. Here is the review that I found on the internet.
I will post my review once I purchase it. Not very common where I live. Will have to buy from ebay or Trade Me!
Overview
One of the latest trends in skin care is actually very simple; the facial mist. The Evian Facial Mist’s primary product claim is to simply hydrate the skin, but many believe that this will also contribute to fighting wrinkles. Is the Evian Facial Mist the anti-aging solution for you? If you’re already suffering from mild to severe wrinkles, hydrating the skin probably won’t make too much of a difference there. Typically, the Evian mineral water spray is considered more of a skin “treat” than a serious, effective treatment.Evian Facial Mist is advertised as being suitable for both a user’s face and a user’s hair. The product is basically an atomizer filled with water. If your skin is feeling extra dry, spraying this purified water onto your skin is supposed to make it feel better hydrated and healthier. Similarly, a few squirts form the Evian Facial Mist can also bring dried out hair back to life. Evian Facial Mist is also suitable for athletic settings, and it could be good for cooling off in the middle of a game. Evian Facial Mist is advertised as being a good addition to any beach bag as well. After prolonged sun exposure, a nice misting can be a good way to sooth the skin and keep it from cracking.
Product Details
Evian Facial Mist is basically a repackaged water bottle. Evian is banking on their high brand recognition to sell this product. No one seems to be saying that using the Evian Facial Mist will erase any wrinkles, simply that it can be a refreshing addition to your beauty routine. Settings suggested for the use of Evian Facial Mist include offices (especially those with heavy climate control that could dry out skin), the beach and during athletic events when a user may want to cool down. The product seems to retail for $10 for a 5 oz. spray bottleThe Good
- Evian Facial Mist is all natural, since the only ingredient is mineral water.
- Evian Facial Mist is available form numerous online retailers, as well as in big name drugstores across the country.
The Bad
- Evian Facial Mist does not claim to be particularly effective at treating facial wrinkles.
- At $10 for 5 ounces of water, the Evian Facial Mist will probably be a bit of a luxury for many consumres.
- While a light mist can be nice, realistically it could get your clothes wet in an office or other professional setting, which probably isn’t what many consumers are looking for.
The Bottom Line
As we said above, Evian Facial Mist is more of a treat than a serious skin treatment. To their credit, Evian don’t claim to be anything else. How well this repackaged water will appeal to consumers remains to be seen, however.
